LED Screen Rental for Trade Shows

Recently we loaded our video gear onto a truck and shipped it out to Las Vegas for a large trade show at one of the largest and busiest convention centers in the world, Las Vegas Convention Center. We set up a large LED video wall hung from the ceiling of the convention center, lining it up next to some large graphic prints to create the effect of an ultra wide visual as the backdrop for their booth. We received many compliments as one of the best-looking booths at the entire expo, which is saying a lot for such a large trade show held in Las Vegas.

With our YesTech modular LED tiles, we are able to create large video walls indoors to custom sizes, shapes, and configurations. We can of course do the standard 16x9 screen, but we also have the flexibility with these tiles to create some more unconventional video walls. Whether they are multiple screens throughout the booth to get a different look, a unique shape, curved screen, archway, sports perimeter, dislocated screen, dancefloor video, or something else, we can work with you to create a custom video board that will work for your booth.

One thing is for sure, the LED screens can help build a beautiful booth at any trade show, as well as help draw attention and bring people in to look at your space. It is also a great way to tell a story and help your salespeople tell their story before they even have a chance to talk to them. Video has a way of communicating things that can't be said in words, so these video screens are great in a trade show environment.
