"Drive-In" Viewings on the Jumbotron During Coronavirus Pandemic
Updated: Mar 30
With our LED video screens we can create a "drive-in" video wall that can be used to display any content you want. We will set up our jumbotron screen in your desired location, then set up an audio system. We can either put out speakers or create an FM transmitter system that will play the audio through the stereo in the comfort and safety of their cars.
The big screen can be used to play movies like you would at a classic drive-in movie theater. Or you may want to play some classic sports moments or tournaments, with the current lack of live sporting events that would be happening now, such as March Madness, the NBA playoffs, NHL playoffs, and more. The video board can also play concerts from your favorite artists or bands, either by shooting and displaying the content live to the screen, or by playing past concert experiences that can be relived.
This can be a great way to get people out of the house in a way that still keeps them and others safe because they never need to leave the vehicle. Hosting one of these events can help build community, create recognition for your business, build loyalty to customers, earn some press, and maybe even make a little extra revenue in this difficult time. Guests will remember this gesture once the quarantine of COVID-19 passes, and will be more likely to visit your business after that.
With many companies struggling to make ends meet, many small businesses are searching for new and creative ways to earn money while still keeping employees and customers safe. By hosting one of these "drive-in viewings" you can make some extra cash by charging a small admission fee, delivering food or drinks, selling merch, or selling advertising time on the jumbotron to other businesses during breaks or commercials of your content on the screen.
